The assesments vary considerably depending on the type of business, but normally involve spending some time to gain an understanding of your business, your IT and your plans for the future. This will result in a confidential "IT Health Check" report, which will give you an easy-to-understand overview of how well
your IT supports your business today, any opportunities there may be for
additional business or cost savings and any risks you should be aware of. The report is yours to keep with our compliments.

- In Solutions you'll find examples the infrastructure side of what we can do - networks, servers, IP phones systems, etc. These are the foundations of an effective IT service. We also tie all these things together, so that your phone system talks to your ERP or CRM system, and your staff are able to work anywhere there is an internet connection, using both voice and data.
- The Support section details three support options; Safeharbour Support , Safetynet Support and Callout Support. This provides you with a variety of flexible support options to ensure your IT receives the right level of care from us.
- Many of our relationships start with Consultancy or Project Work, where we're invited in to resolve a particular problem or provide a particular solution. We've provided a couple of examples here, so you get a feel for our value
- As we publish some documents and tools we release them in the Downloadable Documents section. The final section is a 'shop' built for clients wishing to pay for services with a credit or debit card.
